How can I buy the share after the end of the subscription period?
After the share is listed in the Prime Standard of Frankfurt Stock Exchange (scheduled for 29 September 2014) it can be ordered through your personal retail bank.
Is Snowbird paying a Dividend?
Snowbird plans to distribute approximately 20% of the profits as a dividend. The payment will be made the day after the Annual General Shareholders Meeting.

What is the assignment of the money from the share issuing?
The proceeds from the share issuing will be used to realize the future expansion plans of the Snowbird AG. The Snowbird AG plans to expand the existing down bedding and down clothing facilities due to growing demand. The proceeds shall be invested in the entering of new abroad markets and the strengthening of the existing Chinese business. This growth also needs funds to expand the working capital, especially inventories and accounts receivables.
